The hotel boasts a fantastic location right at the edge of the old town, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms are a bit small and could be noisy, especially on the lower floors but are air-conditioned, which is a plus. I found the staff to be a bit unfriendly, and communication was challenging since they mostly spoke French. Overall, it's decent value considering the location, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.

The rooms are quite small and unadorned. I found them noisy on lower floors, which was necessary for me as I couldn’t carry my luggage up the stairs. However, the air conditioning was a welcome feature.

The hotel has a great location right in the city center, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and cafes. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the rooms could use some updates and were a bit damp. Additionally, I found the dining options to be decent but not extensive. Overall, it was a good stay, but there are areas for improvement.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were a bit old and poorly furnished, and they felt damp. Even though I requested a quiet room, mine faced a busy street, which was not ideal. However, the space was perfect for the three of us.
Service
6.0
The staff was very friendly and kind, but they were not flexible with the check-in time. I also encountered issues since I didn't receive the main door code for after-hours entry, nor the Wi-Fi code.
Location

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the city center, making it easy to explore the area. I loved being just a step away from the historic medieval town and newer urban areas.
Dining

The dining experience was okay. There was a self-service breakfast with a selection of pastries and jams, which was good but felt a bit limited due to the small space.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary. The hotel was clean, and I appreciated the air conditioning and Wi-Fi, but it didn’t have the amenities I would typically expect.

I had a decent stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, right between the historic medieval town and the newer urban areas, making it easy to explore. However, the rooms were quite small and outdated, and they could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. The service was friendly, but communication was a bit tricky since the staff only spoke French.

My stay at this hotel was overall quite pleasant. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk to the town center with plenty of shops and sights nearby. The rooms were clean, but a bit smaller than I expected. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being friendly while others were not very helpful. Despite some minor shortcomings, the hotel offers good value for money.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location is excellent—just a short walk from the city center and major attractions. The staff was friendly and professional, which made my stay more pleasant. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated and small, with a musty smell. Overall, it provides decent value for money if you just need a place for one night.
